The American Express App now features Send & Split®, a convenient way to send money and split purchases with Venmo and PayPal users. This functionality allows you to pay friends without incurring the standard Venmo or PayPal credit card fee. It also enables hassle-free splitting of Amex purchases while earning rewards for the split payment. Enrollment is required and terms apply. Please note that PayPal may charge a fee when sending to non-US recipients.

The American Express App and its features are exclusively available for eligible Card accounts in the United States. Prepaid Cards and Cards issued by non-American Express issuers are not supported by the app.

To log in, Card Members must have an American Express user ID and password or create one within the app.
